Our Innovative Features
Aluminium Frame
Specially designed, powder coated aluminium frames with a wide range of variations, insulated, none insulated and a dedicated shape for flush doors. Also a wall embracing frame with or without thermal break.
Lightweight Steel Leaf
Built up of 2 steel sheets, edged with a rigid 18x18mm rebate and filled with rockwool 120-140 kg/m3. All doors variants are 65mm thick. And weighing 25 kg/m2 for single doors and 27 kg/m2 for double leaf doors.
Fire Resistance
The DFM DS range is tested and certified in accordance with EN 1634-1 and EN 13501-2.
Doors are available in single and double to EI1 30, EI2 30, EI1 60, EI2 60, EI1 120 and E 120.
Thermal Properties
The DFM range of doors is available with or without thermal breaks in the frames and due to the rockwool infil can achieve a min 0.92 W/m2K for a door without glazing.
Acoustic Ratings

Security Rating
Security rated upto RC3 (both sides). Also fire resistant upto EI2 60, and smoke resistance upon request to Sa and S200. Also acoustically rated to 37dB (without glazing).
