Our Innovative Features
Steel Panel
The leaf is constructed of joined panels 95mm thick. Each panel is made of two bent galvanized steel sheets 0.75mm, filled with a core of single slab of mineral wool 92mm thick and density of 140 kg/m3. Panels are connected with each other by tongue-and-groove join vertically and by steel angled profile horizontally.
Slide Rail
Each gate leaf is hung on slide rail, which is an angled profile made of 3mm steel. On its sides the gate is insulated by wall labyrinth fixed to the last panel, and front stop profile fixed to wall outside clear opening. Closing of gate is effective by counterweight upon release off its holding magnet.
